Represented a national developer in architect, contractor, and consulting agreements for premier hotel, resort, and golf-course redevelopments.
Represented private equity firms in multiple real estate joint ventures, including entity formation and management agreements.
Advised owners and investors in acquisitions and dispositions exceeding $5 billion in total value, including complex multi-escrow closings.
Represented apartment owners and tenants in residential landlord-tenant matters, evictions, and financing transactions.
Counsel to fixed-base operators (FBOs) at general aviation airports for hangar, ground, and office leases.
